Encores Consignment is happy to introduce you to our newest team member! 

As our sale has grown, both locally and into other cities, we have recognized the need for a new position to be filled. We would like to announce the addition of Levis Henshaw as our new manager for both the south and north sales. Levis will focus her attention on the toy/linens/equipment intake of the sale- both overseeing the intake process as well as training and supervising the volunteers in that area. Her expertise in this area will provide this aspect of the  sale with more consistency, efficiency, and overall organization. We are so happy to have her on board with us! Her helpful attitude and warm smile is something that we appreciate and value. Please join us in welcoming her in this role beginning in the spring of 2016.

PreSale Tips

Consignors will shop Friday at 5pm and their guests will shop at 7pm. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you are getting ready to shop and while you are shopping.

• Make sure you sign up to line up (you can do this Friday morning starting at 10am, there is a link on your consignor pass. It will not work before 10am).
• Bring a large tote, collapsible cart, etc to put all of your items in/on as you shop. There are some carts but not enough for everyone.
• Wear comfortable shoes/clothes.
• Your pass is only good for you (one person per pass) tell your friend to call/text you when they get in at 7pm with their guest pass. Shoppers who are using the Guest Pass to shop at 7pm DO NOT have to sign up to line up.
• Leave your children with someone who you trust so you can enjoy an evening of shopping and not have to worry about rushing home. 
• There are no children under 10 allowed in the sale unless they are worn on your body. 
• Make a list of what you are looking for. If you want big ticket items, such as furniture, go there first, they sell quickly. 
• Eat an early dinner or at least a big snack before you come if you are planning on shopping for a while. 
• Make sure you follow @encoresconsign on Instagram. There will be an interactive scavenger hunt during the presale with prizes!

Are you a first time mom?

Are you expecting a baby or is your oldest child 18 months or younger? If so you can shop as a first time mom. Go here to register and print your registration, which will be emailed to you, and bring it with you Saturday, August 15 at 9am. (You have to register from a computer.)
